Customers can now schedule appointments on Thursdays and Fridays to select their desired fish. It is recommended to have a clear idea of which fish you would like to view and purchase, as our appointment windows are limited to 30 minutes. To allow more of our customers to have a chance for getting a tour on their preferred day, you can only schedule one 30-minute appointment per day. Please do not book multiple appointments for one day as it will prevent our other customers from getting the chance to visit us as well.

  The $30 non-refundable deposit reserves your time slot and can be used towards your purchase. If a purchase is not made, the deposit will be used to cover the cost of a 30-minute tour.

  For in-person purchases, we prefer cash as payment. If using cash instead of a credit card payment, you will receive 10% off your purchase. We require a minimum purchase of $50 for appointments, and the appointment fee of $30 will be applied towards the purchase. For any inquiries , please contact us at fish@imperialtropicals.com
