At Imperial Tropicals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fashion purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn and tagged items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original, unworn items with all designer tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
